Real Estate

US Internet users flock to real estate sites. Commercial real estate, real estate management, mortgage and related sites have seen a surge in traffic in recent years. Web Zeit develops Internet strategy and builds Web sites that achieve measurable results for real estate companies. Our client roster includes a range of real estate-related companies, including Citicorp, Cleveland Museum of Art, Guggenheim Museum Las Vegas, Taconic Investment Partners, The Berger Collection (Denver Art Museum), The Atlanta Airport and The Rouse Company.

KEY CLIENTS
:

Berger Collection

We are building a Web site for the Berger Collection, housed in the Denver Art Museum, one of the nation's pre-eminent collections of British art, spanning over 600 years. The site will position the collection and museum to transition from their current location to the new 146,000 square foot building designed by Daniel Libeskind. The site includes a virtual tour as well as online-only education modules. (> more here).

Citicorp

We worked with the in-house team at Citicorp to create an interactive strategy to promote the Citicorp Center, revitalize the center's retail frontage, provide interactivity within the physical space and create an online community.

The Rouse Company

We worked with advertising agency Brouillard Communications to develop a Web site and Web events to promote malls owned and operated by The Rouse Company and drive people to physical locations via public relations events and online games and information. We are currently working with The Rouse Company and Brouillard Communications to build an online presence for their Fashion Show property in Las Vegas, complete with online videos and rich media events. Taconic Investment Partners

Our Web site for 111 Eighth Avenue is a powerful marketing, sales and promotion tool for the building and Taconic Investment Partners and other buildings. The Web is a digital beachhead for the landmark building that brands the building and its developers and creates an online community. With 360-degree panoramas, floor blueprints, even neighborhood information, the Web site helped to market the building efficiently and well. (www.111eighth.com)
