Web Zeit recently conducted an online survey of U.S. business professionals to assess users' priorities when visiting a professional services Web site. According to the survey, visitors to these sites want clarity and insight. Respondents were unanimous in selecting site structure, clear information and navigation and specific information about relevant projects as most important. Respondents also want to know about clients and the service professionals, and they expect some interactive sizzle.
